Dave DeJesus is a thirty+ year veteran in the world of advertising sales and marketing. His media career began in New York, with multicultural media companies – Amalgamated Publishers, Inc., (African-American owned newspapers), Black Enterprise Magazine, Johnson Publishing Company (Ebony, Jet & Ebony Man Magazines), Emerge Communications (Time-Warner), and The Mingo Group Advertising Agency. In his ad agency career, he served as an account manager for General Motors’ corporate advertising, and Miller Brewing Company’s Miller High Life and Miller Genuine Draft brands. In 1993 Dave relocated to the Washington, DC area where currently resides with his family, and has worked for the past 24 years at The Washington Post in media sales. Today, Dave consults with media organizations and consumer companies in various sales and marketing disciplines.
